Dental Visit

The children in Oak class have had a visit from a Dental Nurse.  They have have talked about the importance of keep our teeth healthy, had a go and brushing and taken a goodie bag of bits home to help with what they had learnt.

Solar Farm Visit

Children from years 4/5 have been to visit a local solar farm in Dawlish. The visit helped children familiarise themselves with the technology and understand the impacts of climate change. Wildwood Escot

Harvest Festival. Well done to all the children for an amazing performance in the church on Monday to celebrate harvest.  The children have worked really hard to learn songs, lines and dance’s.  The children spoke very confidently and they were very proud to show off their amazing art work.

At Forest School, Oak Class have made a scarecrow for the village trail. Meet ‘Mr. Twiggy’, born of hazel sticks, pine needles and some unwanted school uniform! We have been playing lots of games, lighting fires and have plans afoot for a day of Capturing the Flag.
