Our Singing Superstars!

January 15, 2018Jo Hussain

MASSIVE congratulations to our fabulous Kenn and Kenton Federation Choir who sang at the NEC in Birmingham with 6.000 other children on Friday evening!

We were so proud of their brilliant singing, their impeccable behaviour and sheer energy. All the children were a real credit to their parents and our school. It was a truly inspiring experience and one we hope the children will always remember. Thank you also to the parents and grandparents who were able to come to the concert, and we know that you all had a fabulous time singing and dancing too!

We would also like to thank our admin team in both schools for dealing with mounds of extra paperwork so efficiently, and to Gemma Leeming in Kenn Primary school for making our amazing choir banner! It was stunning!

If you would like to order an official DVD of the concert, please complete the form that will be coming home with your child on Thursday in Kenton, and on Friday in Kenn. It is cheaper for you to order through the school!

When we have received the DVDs, we will be having a relaxed evening for all the parents and children of the Young Voices choir to watch the film together, sing a few songs, and enjoy re-living the evening.
