Here are some photos of Chestnut class making and testing parachutes.
One group tested how changing the material of the parachute would affect the speed, another how changing the length of the strings would affect the speed and the last group how changing the size of the parachute would affect the speed.
We dropped them from Chestnut window down onto the playground and Willow class watched.
