Sharing some photos from the recent KS2 trip to Plymouth Aquarium as part of our Science Week activities.
The three activities were a VR experience of going to the bottom of the sea in a submarine; making and testing a film case that would sink the slowest. The two classes then competed against each other, and some staff, too! Lastly, there was a display in front of the large tank where children learnt about the problem of plastic in the sea.
The children also had a tour of the aquarium and learnt about different fish in the coral reef tank.
