On Wednesday 15th September Cherry Class had a lovely morning learning more about recycling as part of a workshop run by Devon Recycling. We learned all about the things that we have at home that we can recycle and what happens to our recycling after it is collected by the Recycling team. We really enjoyed learning about recycling food waste and how we can turn it in to compost. We all enjoyed planting a seed in a little pot of compost. Let’s hope that the sun shines so that they grow into strong plants!
